How do you sell the most awe-inspiring homes in the most highly coveted area of downtown San Francisco without being able to step foot inside a residence for 2 years? In a ‘Discovery Center.’ We built a 6,000 sq. ft. model residence that allowed potential buyers to experience living in the heart of Yerba Buena Gardens without ever stepping foot inside the actual building. Sales agents were able to utilize a dual-screen interactive interface to showcase floor plans with corresponding views, club amenity galleries, neighborhood attractions and allow buyers to touch the final finishes found in their residence long before building completion.
