Winthrop Center, a globally recognized mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Boston deserved an impressive space to tell their story. To showcase what was to come, we built a 5,000 sq. ft., $3M Discovery Center at its doorstep to welcome potential residents and tenants to experience what they could expect when they chose to be a part of Winthrop Center. Visitors are escorted into a 180-degree, surround sound theater, complete with personalized presentations and full-length films that have been designed to span across 4 screens and fully-encompass what Winthrop Center has to offer. Visitors are then taken to a smaller, more intimate space where sales agents can utilize a single-screen interface to showcase unit location in the building, views, amenity galleries, floor plans, pricing and more all navigated with the click of a mouse.
